A lot can happen in a week, especially when you are young and in London.
Three Hours from Spain
Three Spanish students go to London on holiday in July. They meet three British students and the six young people enjoy London for a week in the summer in this story which is loosely based on Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing”.
Carmen: “She’s fallen in love! And now she’s in love, she’ll be even worse than before!”
Carmen: “We can’t do any more. We have done our bit, and we’ll just have to see how the day turns out.”
Carmen: “You remember the play. You know how Benedict and Beatrice were always making jokes about each other. You know how they were always arguing.”
No Spanish woman in her right mind would send an ‘I love you’ message to an Englishman!
“When a woman is tired of Harrods, she is tired of life!”
“Museums wear me out. Let’s get a coffee first. Museums give you a terrible thirst.”
“I wish I were in Rome. Just imagine an Italian coffee at a little trattoria by the Spanish Steps! Perfect! Still, we’re in London so we must keep calm and carry on!”
Carmen, Ana and Maria make it to the London Eye at last. What a queue!
